I practice at River City Counseling in Fort Smith, AR.

I work with gender identity, transitioning, self-discovery, LGBTQIA+ relationships, polyamory, exploring kink, BDSM & power dynamics in a healthy way. I also enjoy working on healing from shame, sexual trauma & internalized stigma to help you navigating intimacy, pleasure, and body confidence.

I have specialized training in sexual addictions (sex, porn, love addiction, sexual shame and trauma, and other intimacy struggles) and am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. I am currently working on my Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology to become a Certified Sex Therapist. I continue to work on expanding my knowledge and skills to better serve these communities.
